The public day is Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM; the Friday before (November 13, 9 AM – 1 PM) is a Civil War History Field Trip Day for school groups. Between demonstrations, families can explore the museum's historic village, where authentic pioneer buildings and exhibits cover Florida life before 1945. The museum notes that special-event admission may differ from its regular rates (adults $12, students $6, under 5 free), so confirm the price before you go. Museum concessions are cash only, and pets and coolers are not allowed. ## Similar picks in Tampa - [Pioneer Florida Museum & Village (Dade City)](https://grassyknees.com/tampa/activities/pioneer-florida-museum-and-village-dade-city--listing-f3924fa5a02af098241235f8) — Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May–September may close at 3:30 PM if no guests… · Pioneer Florida Museum & Village, Dade City · All ages · From $6 · checked Oct 24.
