The center's teaser asks whether you know what a Tom, a Jake or a Jenny is; visitors can stop by to learn about turkeys and do some turkey-related activities. It is a drop-in program, so families can come and go while it runs; no registration is required, and it takes place rain or shine. Anyone who needs a special accommodation to take part is asked to let the center know at least two weeks ahead by phone or email, and the Florida Relay Service is available for people with hearing or speech impairments. ## Similar picks in Tampa - [Brooksville Turkey Trot 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run (Kiwanis Club of Brooksville)](https://grassyknees.com/tampa/activities/brooksville-turkey-trot-5k-and-1-mile-fun-run-kiwanis-club-of-brooksvi--listing-2832051f293aa80fbec553a5) — Thu, Nov 26 · 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM · Tom Varn Park, Brooksville · All ages · From $10 · checked Oct 27.
