Families have two good places to watch: ROC Park hosts the kickoff party on the seawall with live music and a Merry Market for holiday shopping, while John's Pass Village offers holiday music, shops and a later look at the boats as they arrive. The parade starts at 6:15 PM and wraps up around 8:30 to 9 PM, so younger kids may prefer the early ROC Park start. Boaters who want to enter can register online starting in November 2026 and must stop by the Madeira Beach Municipal Marina to pick up a boat number; more than $5,000 in cash prizes go to the best-decorated entries. A 2026 route map is posted on the city's page. ## Similar picks in Tampa - [Holiday Golf Cart & Bike Parade — Oldsmar](https://grassyknees.com/tampa/activities/holiday-golf-cart-and-bike-parade-oldsmar--listing-12839a016d7285b3eea4921c) — Sat, Dec 12 · 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM · Oldsmar Public Library · From $5 · checked Oct 20.
