Kids can watch the whole process, taste cane syrup and sample fresh cane and cane juice while supplies last, then see blacksmith and pioneer craft demonstrations, the model train room in the Trilby Train Depot, and live animals from Pharaoh's Wildlife Kingdom on the Citrus Stage all day. Bluegrass-style bands play from 10 AM, and a staged "Raid at the Moonshine Still" happens at 2 PM. The moonshine tastings and cocktails are strictly 21+ with ID; everything else is for all ages. Vendors and food trucks are on site, museum concessions are cash only, and no pets or coolers are allowed. ## Similar picks in Tampa - [Pioneer Florida Museum & Village (Dade City)](https://grassyknees.com/tampa/activities/pioneer-florida-museum-and-village-dade-city--listing-f3924fa5a02af098241235f8) — Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May–September may close at 3:30 PM if no guests… · Pioneer Florida Museum & Village, Dade City · All ages · From $6 · checked Oct 24.
