Instead of a long mall line, children can take their time with Santa, who can communicate in sign language. The evening includes sensory zones, alternative seating options and therapy dogs to help kids settle in, and the gazebo park in the middle of downtown keeps the setting small and outdoors. Bring your own camera for photos. Families are asked to pre-register through the city's SignUpGenius page so the visits can be spread out, but walk-ups are welcome. Questions go to the city's special events team by email. ## Similar picks in Tampa - [Sensory-Friendly Family Christmas Celebration — Hernando Park, Brooksville](https://grassyknees.com/tampa/activities/sensory-friendly-family-christmas-celebration-hernando-park-brooksvill--listing-2aa306157d87b58c629ad145) — Fri, Dec 18 · 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM · Hernando Park, Brooksville · Free · sensory-friendly · checked Oct 27.
