From Saturday, November 28 through Wednesday, December 23, 2026, the East Hernando Branch of the Hernando County Public Library sets up a snow globe photo set for festive holiday photos. Families bring their own phone or camera, and library staff will snap the photo inside the snow globe set. The photo op is open daily during library business hours, which at this branch are Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday noon to 8:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; the branch is closed Sunday and Monday. No registration is required, and the activity is listed for everyone. Staff take the photo on the visitor's own device, so families keep the picture right away.
