The camp is open to kids 5 to 14 and runs long days, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the center's multipurpose room, with recreation staff organizing the games and activities. Families can pick one week or both: December 21–23 before Christmas, or December 28–31 between the holidays. The center is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Each week is its own $40 registration in the county's online parks system, and children enrolled in the county's After-School program are not automatically signed up. Registration opened on September 7, and both weeks still showed open spots on October 27. ## Similar picks in Tampa - [Winter Village Ice Rink at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park](https://grassyknees.com/tampa/activities/winter-village-ice-rink-at-curtis-hixon-waterfront-park--listing-956262013b253971fe388b9c) — Nov 20 – Jan 3 · Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park · All ages · From $15 · checked Oct 24.
