Families park for free around the municipal center and wander an interactive outdoor wonderland with baby goats in holiday sweaters, carolers, face painting, holiday-themed food trucks, live ballerina performances on stage, roaming holiday characters, a glass man, a stilt walker and Santa. The city bills it as a free family outdoor event and tells visitors to bring a camera. ## Similar picks in Virginia Beach - [Deck the Hall drive-through lights at Chesapeake City Hall](https://grassyknees.com/virginia-beach/activities/deck-the-hall-drive-through-lights-at-chesapeake-city-hall--listing-e0022c820b4c0f7cfa4a813d) — Nov 26 – Jan 2 · 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM · Chesapeake City Hall · checked Oct 27.
