Magical Christmas Ballet, billed as the largest Nutcracker production in North America, stops at the Sandler Center the day before Thanksgiving. The show sets Tchaikovsky's score to world-class international dancers, acrobatics, elaborate costumes and towering puppets, giving children a big, colorful take on Clara's Christmas Eve adventure. There are two performances, a 3 pm matinee (doors at 2 pm) and a 7 pm evening show, which makes it an easy outing on the first day of Thanksgiving break. ## Similar picks in Virginia Beach - [Ballet Virginia's The Nutcracker at the Sandler Center](https://grassyknees.com/virginia-beach/activities/ballet-virginia-s-the-nutcracker-at-the-sandler-center--listing-952e35c3c22c15fba38ecbb7) — Fri, Dec 11 (+2 more dates) · 7:30 PM · Sandler Center for the Performing Arts · Paid · checked Oct 24.
