## About

A 45-minute parent-and-child movement class for 3- to 5-year-olds at the Wheaton Sports Pavilion. Children rotate through skill stations — running, jumping, hopping, balancing, kicking, throwing and catching — and try out sports equipment and obstacle challenges, with a grown-up taking part alongside them. Each class has a warm-up, skill activities, group games and a cool-down with coloring and quiet activities, which helps little ones practise following directions and taking turns. Sessions are sold individually; register the child only.
