Naturalists bring out live animal ambassadors — snakes, spiders and toads among them — for a presentation about nature's 'creepy' creatures, then everyone gathers around the campfire to roast a marshmallow. Costumes are encouraged. Each registration covers one child and their adult, and the program lasts an hour. Bad weather cancels it. ## Similar picks in Washington, DC - [Arts & Nature Day: Creepy Creatures — Frederick Parks](https://grassyknees.com/washington-dc/activities/arts-and-nature-day-creepy-creatures-frederick-parks--listing-34bbfd69cd5cdee104edd08f) — Mon, Oct 26 · 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM · William R.
