Downtown Lawrenceville's free, family-friendly Halloween celebration takes over the Lawrenceville Lawn, North Clayton Street, Luckie Street and Bicentennial Plaza on Friday, October 23, 2026, 6 to 10 p.m. Children in costume fill their candy pails on the Trick-or-Treat Trail from 6 to 9 p.m. and join the Great Bigfoot Hunt, where newly sworn-in Junior Park Rangers follow clues to find Bigfoot — or join the Bigfoot Fan Club to keep him hidden — while fairies and forest creatures from folklore wander the Lawn. Food vendors are on site. Free parking is available in city lots including the Gold Lot at 70 South Clayton Street; Luckie Street closes to traffic from 2 p.m.
