Main Street Fayetteville and the City of Fayetteville honor local veterans with a Veterans Day Celebration at City Center Park on Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. The afternoon opens with a formal tribute: a grand flag ceremony to raise the colors, followed by military tributes recognizing veterans' service and sacrifice. After the ceremony the park switches to what the city calls a family-friendly Celebration of Freedom, with live music from The Mad Hatters, a Tom Petty tribute band, food and sweet trucks, and festivities for all ages. Families are invited to come out, meet local veterans and show their support. The listing does not mention an admission fee or registration.
