A Halloween-week edition of Westbank Library's storytime for its youngest visitors. Babies and toddlers 'stroll in' with their caregivers for songs and stories in the library's Gathering Room, followed by open free play with other little ones. Families are invited to come with their baby in costume for extra Halloween fun, which makes it a low-key, indoor first costume outing. The session lasts about an hour, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 26. No registration or fee is listed.
