Norrisville Library in northern Harford County invites families to chill out with stories, songs and a craft about penguins and polar bears. The 45-minute morning party is a family program best suited to preschoolers and their caregivers, combining a themed storytime with a take-home craft. Each child attending must register before the event, so sign up in advance through the library calendar. The program is supported by the Norrisville Friends of HCPL. The calendar lists a second date for this title as well; check the event page for the session that fits.
