- City of Wilder (with the Campbell County Public Library Book Bus)
The City of Wilder hosts a daytime Trunk or Treat at Wilder City Center Park on Saturday, October 24, from 1 to 3 p.m. Kids in costume go trunk-or-treating, and the Campbell County Public Library's Book Bus joins in, so each child can pick out a free book to take home along with the candy. The afternoon hours make it an easy outing for toddlers and preschoolers as well as grade-schoolers, and the library lists it for families and all ages. The park is at 520 Licking Pike in Wilder. The library's listing does not mention a fee or sign-up; questions about the event go to the City of Wilder at 859-581-8884.
