A 90-minute workshop for youth ages 11 to 14 focused on confidence, emotional awareness and healthy coping. Participants take part in guided discussions, mindfulness exercises, journaling, breathing techniques, self-esteem activities and life-coaching tools aimed at managing stress and building a positive mindset.
