Downtown Worthington's holiday open house brings horse-drawn carriage rides, live music and a photo opportunity with Santa, while local retailers run special promotions and sidewalk sales. It runs from noon to 5 p.m.; from 5 p.m. activities move to the southeast Village Green ahead of the 5:30 p.m. Tree Illumination, so families can make a full afternoon and evening of it.
