The Parsons Branch turns Meeting Room 3 into a trail of Halloween-themed stations for families, each with a reading or literacy activity for preschool and elementary-age children. Costumes are welcome. It is a drop-in program, so families can come any time between 3 and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, and move through the stations at their own pace. The library lists it for children ages 3 to 11 and their families.
