A Halloween-season art and history workshop outdoors at Wings Over the Rockies' Exploration of Flight campus. Participants hear stories about bootleggers and barnstormers in the early American West, then pick up a brush and help Athena Project muralist Sofi Rami turn a retired Cessna 150 into a work of art. Muralism learning is geared to all ages, a fall mocktail is served, and the finished plane will be shown in the hangar for a while afterward. All art supplies are provided; bring weather-appropriate clothes, water, sunscreen, hats, blankets and your own lunch or snacks. Saturday, October 24, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.; pre-purchase tickets.
