All afternoon kids build the city of their dreams in Ford-Warren's biggest community room out of cardboard and tape, using cereal boxes, egg cartons and masking tape to construct towns, buildings, rivers and roads, independently or in groups. Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing; there is a lot of movement on the floor, so the library asks families to consider safety before bringing children under 18 months.
