A Halloween-season edition of Four Mile Historic Park's story time for young children and their caregivers. Local author Cheryl Lock reads her new picture book 'Purple Potatoes Turn You Into a Witch'; children then color a page inspired by Taylor Miller's illustrations and make a potato print with park staff. Families can pick up a copy signed by both author and illustrator. The 11 a.m. program is free with daytime general admission or a Four Mile membership; reserve tickets online. Afterward families can explore the 12-acre park and its farm animals.
