Curious George and the Golden Meatball is a theatrical adventure for the whole family, filled with music, dancing and laughter. When George learns that his friend Chef Pisghetti's restaurant is in trouble, he secretly sets off for Rome to enter the Golden Meatball Contest, and the story moves from the streets of New York City to the Colosseum, with new friends, challenges and comic trouble along the way. The Smith Center lists it as appropriate for all ages: everyone 2 and up needs a ticket, and children under 2 may sit on a parent's or guardian's lap without one.
