The 55th Winterfest Boat Parade sends hundreds of light-covered private boats, showboats and megayachts 12 miles from Stranahan House along the New River and up the Intracoastal to Lake Santa Barbara in Pompano Beach, starting at 6:00 p.m. (a pre-show of non-motorized vessels begins at 5:30). The ticketed Public Viewing Area at Las Olas Intracoastal Promenade Park opens at 4:00 p.m. with stage entertainment, interactive games, vendors, a culinary courtyard and photos with Santa and mascots; the parade reaches the park at about 6:30 p.m. and takes around two and a half hours to pass. Every guest gets a chair, and iHeart Radio personalities provide commentary. Tickets: $40 adults, $30 children 12 and younger, children 3 and under free. No pets. Rideshare is encouraged; parking is within walking distance.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation

The parade itself is free to watch from public waterfront spots along the route; this record is the organizer's ticketed viewing area. End time 8:30 PM is the parade's listed end. Not the same as the existing Winterfest Family Fun Day listing (Nov 22, Esplanade Park).
