An indoor drop-in for families at Fort Snelling State Park's Thomas C. Savage Visitor Center about the clues animals leave behind: tracks, scat, fur, feathers and homes. Kids match scat and tracks to animals, practice drawing a nature journal page and build a track identification window. Drop by between 1 and 1:30 p.m.; no registration. Older kids and adults can stay for a 30-minute presentation at 1:30 p.m. followed by a one-hour hike to look for signs in the park.
