PopUpPlay brings a not-so-scary Halloween party to Cherry Street Pier on Halloween morning, Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11 am to 1 pm. The family-friendly party is packed with costumes, trick-or-treating, games, crafts and treats, and families come dressed in their Halloween best to help PopUpPlay design floats and balloons for a huge Halloween parade; there is also monster karaoke and other hands-on activities. Tickets are $20 per person or $70 for four, sold through the 'Buy Tickets' link on the pier's event page. Cherry Street Pier is at 121 N. Columbus Boulevard on the Philadelphia waterfront. On-site parking is limited because of I-95 CAP construction, so the pier suggests walking or biking the Delaware River Trail, rideshare or public transit.
