Two days of indoor Halloween fun at the Children's Museum of Phoenix, 9 AM to 4 PM on October 30 and 31. Children (costumes optional but encouraged) trick-or-treat through all three floors of exhibits collecting treats and small treasures, dance to spooky tunes at a Halloween dance party, design and mix their own Spooky Slime to take home, pose at a festive photo backdrop, and walk the runway in the Frightful Fashion Show in the Atrium (October 31 at 11 AM and 2 PM; all ages welcome). Bring your own trick-or-treat bag or basket; treats are available while supplies last, and prop weapons and full-face masks should be left at home. It is a calm, daytime option well suited to babies, toddlers and early-elementary kids.
