Tape Town turns part of Cedar Mill Library into a miniature village made for little ones. Masking-tape streets lead to pretend community sites, and children cruise toy cars along the roads to visit them. The program is for ages 2 to 6 and runs on Tuesday, December 22, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the library on NW Saltzman Road. The listing speaks of children driving their toy cars but does not say whether cars are provided, so families with a favorite small car may want to bring it. No registration method or fee is shown on the library's calendar.
