For Día de los Muertos, the Lewis Family Playhouse in Rancho Cucamonga displays an open-to-the-public Community Ofrenda on the Courtyard Stage of the Bank of America Imagination Courtyard from October 27 through November 1, 2026 (listed noon to 7 pm). Families can visit, reflect, and add photo copies of loved ones (no originals, 8.5 x 11 inches or smaller); copies can be dropped at the Playhouse box office from October 22, Tuesday–Friday noon–5 pm, and staff help set up displays between 3 and 7 pm on display days. Flowers are welcome (no glass), but no food offerings or open flame. A gentle way to introduce children to the tradition of the ofrenda.
