Horsetown USA's big holiday Saturday, run by the City of Norco at the Ingalls Event Center and along Sixth Street. The day opens with Breakfast with Santa in 60-minute seatings at 7:30, 8:45, 10 and 11:15 am ($8 per person, including breakfast, crafts and a printed photo with Santa; tickets are sold online only and can sell out). The Christmas Festival runs 9 am to 4 pm in the Barn and on the Turf at Ingalls Event Center; admission is free, and a $10 activity wristband, needed by anyone taking part in activities, including parents accompanying young children, can be bought online or at the gate. A gingerbread build runs from 2 to 3:30 pm, and at 5 pm the free Parade of Lights travels Sixth Street from Corona Avenue to the event center. General parking is at Gate A on Crestview Drive, with accessible parking at Pikes Peak Park, and Sixth Street is closed to cars for most of the day.
