Desert Nights on the Blvd is a free outdoor 'Arts. Eats. and Beats.' street event along Pierson Boulevard in downtown Desert Hot Springs on select Saturday evenings. Each night brings live music, from tribute bands to local musicians, plus food vendors, local makers and community groups, and family-friendly activities. Dates in the window: October 24 (Kissed Alive, a KISS tribute, 6–10 p.m.), November 7 (local band, 4–8 p.m.), November 21 (Idol X, a Billy Idol tribute, 4–8 p.m.), December 19 (Thomas Nicholas Band, 4–8 p.m.) and January 9 (local band, 4–8 p.m.). The earlier 4 p.m. start in winter works well for families with younger children. Entertainment is subject to change.
