A downtown parade and expo held by the City of Riverside to honor local veterans. The parade and the expo booths run along Market Street, 10th Street and Main Street in Downtown Riverside from 10 am to 2 pm, so families can watch marching units pass and then walk the expo area. It is a free, outdoor community event that works for all ages: bring chairs or a blanket for the curb, sun protection and water, and plan on street closures and limited parking downtown. A good way to talk with children about Veterans Day and to thank veterans in person. Note that the city's calendar carries two listings with the same description on different Saturdays (November 7 and November 14, 2026); check with the city before you go.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation

Date conflict, so needs_confirmation; recorded the Nov 14 listing. Address from the page's Get directions link.
