The Snohomish Library celebrates Diwali, the festival of lights, with an evening of stories, songs and crafts for kids and teens. Local artist Priyanka Kota paints temporary henna (mehndi) designs on participants' hands. Henna spots are first come, first served because space is limited, so arriving early is wise. The program runs 6:00 to 7:45 pm. It takes place on Thursday, November 5, and the feed lists no fee.
