Toy Time is an unstructured play morning at Jefferson County Library's Northwest Branch in High Ridge. Kids and their caregivers come together in the community room to play with toys and socialize — an easy way for young children to meet other kids and for parents to meet other families. The library says it is for children of all ages. Sessions are Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on most weeks: Oct. 22 and 29, Nov. 12 and 19, Dec. 3 and 10, and Jan. 7.
