Dunedin Parks & Recreation turns the Dunedin Community Center into a walk-through haunted house for three nights. Visitors navigate a twisted trail of terrors among the undead, with scary themes, loud sounds and other spooky effects; the city recommends it for ages 8 and up and warns it may not suit young children, so parental discretion is advised. Children must be accompanied by an adult, but adults who are not going through the house do not need a ticket. Tickets are $5 per person per entry and non-refundable, sold through the city's WebTrac registration site. Hours are 7-9 PM on Thursday Oct 22 and Friday Oct 23, and 5-9 PM on Saturday Oct 24, when it runs alongside the separate Spooktacular Halloween carnival in Highlander Park (wristbands sold separately; Saturday parking is $5 cash). Teens 13+ can sign up to volunteer in costume.
