Snow Place Like Tarpon Springs is the City of Tarpon Springs' free downtown Christmas celebration, billed by the city as the biggest Christmas celebration in North Pinellas. It takes place on Friday, December 4, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM in historic downtown Tarpon Springs around Tarpon Avenue. The city lists snow slides, a visit with Santa, a station to write and mail letters to Santa, holiday movies, street performers, children's activities, a DJ, live entertainment and Christmas music. Admission is free. The same evening the city's Holiday Boat Parade travels down the Anclote River, so families can combine the downtown festivities with the parade at Craig Park later that night.
