In the Regency Fresh room at Regency Park Library, tweens and teens watch a demonstration of homemade ranch dressing, then chop their own vegetables with a safety knife and build veggie monsters on baguettes topped with the fresh ranch. Participants must be ages 10-17, and a signed Safety and Liability Waiver must be turned in at least 48 hours before the program or the registration may be cancelled (copies are at the service desk). Children with no knife-handling experience should sit this one out. Registration is required; 12 spots.
