Farm Story & Craft is an hour-long program at Old Maryland Farm in Watkins Regional Park designed for children ages two to seven. Every session pairs a themed story with a hands-on craft and an interactive farm activity, and each date has a different topic, so families can return for a new experience. On Tuesday, October 20 the theme is pumpkins, a celebration of fall; on Tuesday, November 17 the theme is Terrific Turkeys, when children meet one of the farm's most fascinating birds and find out what makes turkeys special. Both sessions run from 11 a.m. to noon. Tickets are $4 for Prince George's County residents and $6 for non-residents and are bought per session through the Buy Tickets link on the event page.
