About this adventure

Big Bear Snow Play operates Southern California's longest snow tubing runs on a historic hill that originally served as a winter ski jump in the 1930s. Multiple extensive snowmaking systems cover the expansive runs with deep packed snow throughout the winter months, while two high-capacity covered Magic Carpet conveyor lifts carry families and their inner tubes smoothly back to the top. Dedicated snow-plowed staging areas and a spacious heated lodge provide family amenities including hot cocoa, fresh snacks, video games, and clean indoor restrooms. Children measuring 36" to 42" tall can ride inner tubes together with a supervising adult, making it accessible for young children enjoying their first mountain snow day.
