Fayetteville's annual Pumpkin Fest fills the historic Courthouse Square on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 4 to 8 PM, and admission is free. Children can trick-or-treat with the vendors at the vendor market, enter the kids' costume contest (there is a dog costume contest too) and take on the bobbing-for-donuts challenge. Other attractions include an inflatable corn maze, a pumpkin bounce and slide, a petting zoo, pumpkin decorating hosted by Art of Landscaping, a live DJ, and a hayride that runs from the Courthouse Square to the Fire Department on Lee Street. The city invites the whole family, from the youngest children to the family dog.
