Tricks and Treats is Kings Island's daytime, no-fear Halloween celebration, held on Saturdays and Sundays from September 27 through November 1, 2026; the last two weekends are October 24-25 and Halloween weekend, October 31-November 1. Children can walk the Trick-or-Treat Trail through the kids' area, where costumed characters hand out treats, and make a Halloween mask at Mask Makers Mash near International Street. Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the PEANUTS gang star in 'The Monsters are Coming, Charlie Brown,' and there is a Costume Contest at the Bandstand in which kids and parents can compete for prizes. Seasonal shows such as the Skelebration Dance Party and the Fangtasticks play during the day, and select family rides stay open. The park's FAQ calls it a great Halloween event for toddlers and young children and says it is designed for families and children of all ages. Plan around one detail: Planet Snoopy and Camp Snoopy close at 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays during Halloween Haunt, the park's separate evening event. Tricks and Treats is included with a Kings Island park ticket (chosen by date) or season pass.
