A Saturday-afternoon Cincinnati Cyclones ECHL hockey game themed around the movie Elf, on December 12 at Heritage Bank Center downtown. The Cyclones play the Kalamazoo Wings and wear Elf-inspired specialty jerseys. Doors open at 3 pm and the puck drops at 4:05 pm, an earlier start than the 7:05 pm puck drop of most Cyclones home games on the arena calendar. A seasonal first hockey game for school-age fans, with the team inviting the crowd to spread Christmas cheer by cheering loudly.
