Columbus Metropolitan Library's Shepard Branch at 850 North Nelson Road invites the whole family to a Fall-O-Ween Fest on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5 to 6 p.m. The hour-long party in the branch's Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 offers spooktacular crafts, games and more, and costumes are encouraged. The library says all ages are welcome and tags the event for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, K–12 students and families. No registration is listed on the event page, and no fee is mentioned. Shepard's party is separate from the Barnett Branch event of the same name earlier in the week.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read the Communico event page and the CML Communico JSON feed (eeventcaldata). Page metadata prints 2026-10-29 17:00 and the line 'Thursday, October 29 5:00pm - 6:00pm'; no Cancelled or full banner. Feed registration_cost 0 and no registration; the page does not say 'free', so price left null. Address from the branch widget (city name printed twice there).
