Two one-day drop-off camps during Thanksgiving week for children currently in kindergarten through grade 4. 'Find the Feast' (November 23) digs into animal diets and how zoo nutritionists prepare special feasts; 'Enrichment Escapades' (November 24) has campers design enrichment challenges and learn how keepers keep animals active and curious. Each day runs 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., partly outdoors, so dress for the weather. Campers bring a sack lunch, two snacks, a backpack and a water bottle. There is no late care. Parents register their own children through a DZCA account; registration closes November 19 and all sales are final. Scholarships are available through the Access to Awe fund.
