A hands-on pie class at the Dow Active Complex in Thanksgiving week. Each registration covers a team of up to four people and includes all the ingredients and supplies to assemble one pie, which you take home to bake for the holiday. Each day has its own pie: pecan on Monday, November 23; pumpkin on Tuesday, November 24; and apple on Wednesday, November 25, each from noon to 2 p.m. The fee is $25 per class (per registration).
