La Porte Branch Library hosts an after-school Halloween celebration inspired by the animated series Over the Garden Wall on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Kids and teens play games, make crafts, try themed snacks and drinks, and watch the award-winning PG series, which follows half-brothers Wirt and Greg lost in a mysterious forest called the Unknown with help from the Woodsman and Beatrice the bluebird. The program targets older children and teens who enjoy cozy-spooky stories. Free.
