Short, hands-on science sessions for toddlers and preschoolers at Children's Museum Houston, with caregivers joining in. Through simple experiments and activities, children explore STEM ideas, ask questions, make observations and discover how things work. The last two October themes are Mystery Lava Lamps on Wednesday, October 21 and Make a Monster on Wednesday, October 28; each is offered twice that morning, 11:00–11:30 and 11:30 a.m.–noon, in the Celebrations Room. The program is listed for ages 2–5, admission is listed as general admission, and spaces are limited, first come, first served.
