A guided family snorkel in the shallow, sheltered Intracoastal waters by Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, exploring the mangrove habitat and watching marine life up close. Participants bring their own snorkel, mask and water shoes (no fins allowed); life jackets are provided and must be worn, and reef-friendly sunscreen is recommended. Open to adults and children ages 10 and up; minors must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian. Per person: resident $15, non-resident $19. Advance reservation through WebTrac is required (activity 155438), and the outing can be cancelled for weather or low registration.
