A full-day, screens-off nature day camp at Dodge Nature Center in West St. Paul on Monday, Nov. 2. Two age groups run side by side from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Grades 1-2 explore ponds, forests and prairies, learn about native plants and animals and enjoy snacks around a campfire they build themselves. Grades 3-4 focus on outdoor skills: building a survival shelter to protect themselves from the elements and cooking food over a fire they build. Children should come dressed for a full day outside. $75 per child; register for the group that matches your child's grade.
