A family evening at Vertuccio Farms in Mesa benefiting the #LovePup Foundation, a Valley dog-rescue nonprofit that has rehomed more than 1,000 dogs since 2014. The fest runs 4 to 8 PM. Admission is free with a donation of collars, leashes, dog food, puppy pads or cash, and every contribution supports the foundation's shelter, microchipping and family-support work. A good outing for children who love dogs and for families thinking about fostering or adopting. The farm normally allows leashed, friendly dogs.
